TG-3 Hu-Nan Whole Fish.................................15.95
A “light-hot-and spicy” dish. Very popular in Hu-non province of China for decades. Selected sole fish well- prepared in old-fashioned Hu-nan Sauce.
TG-4 Twin Treasure Platter.............................21.95
This is a very special 2-in-1 dish. Pinky-white Lobster meat carefully prepared in one way and chicken breast meat by different recipe. Both arranged in the some platter separated by a diving line of sauteed Chinese green. Superb-plus!
TG-5 Premier's Chicken ..................................10.95
The special way this dish is prepared was created by premier Tseng Kuo-Fan’s family cook (about 95 years ago in Ching Dynasty). Premier Tseng was so pleased that he gave his cook five toils of silver as a reword. It’s outstanding flavor of a light touch of sourness and spice will never let you forget!

Sprinkle lightly in “Spicy-salt” of Chefs' secret formula on the selected shrimps and then chill it in refrigerator for 2-3 hours. Later on, it will be prepared neither by frying no by grilling. But by Chef’s own method on the fire. It's tenderness and flavor is so perfectly locked in the bodies of the shrimps that you even enjoy the crispy skin. Nowhere else is this served.
